Preston is a city, which is located in England. In 2002, the district achieved city status. The city built up an area around 313,000. The city has 114,000 population and city of Preston region 132,000 population. In 2011, the city travel to work area had around 420,500 population as compared to 354,000 as per the earlier census. Preston was established by Angles, and its name is taken from the word "priest's settlement". Museums and Parks
