MoV® Practitioner is a two-day course. This interactive course offers deep knowledge to maximise value within the accomplishment of program and project purposes within Value management.
The training will further build on the knowledge received at the Foundation level. Additionally, it also includes opportunities to practically implement some concepts and methods already learned during the foundation learning.

Participants should have already qualified in MoV® Foundation examination before appearing for the MoV® Practitioner examination.

This training will enable candidates to assist the organizations with emphasis on maximizing value by employing principles that will help to attain transformation rapidly. A practical implementation of principles will help to enhance an individual’s skills in decision-making and policy-making.
The delegates will learn about how to maximize returns on investments.
MoV® Practitioner Examination:
The objective of the Practitioner qualification is to approve that you have attained enough knowledge of how to use and tailor MoV in a scenario situation.
