During the course, we introduce the Values, Approach, Process, and Implanting & Reviewing MoR® which form the core concepts of MoR®. This will also explain how MoR® is imperative all over the organisation from Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational perspectives.

MoR® Foundation Exam

The delegates must clear the MoR® Foundation exam for the completion of the MoR® Foundation course. The exam is conducted on the last day of the course. Details are as following:

Duration: 90 minutes
Type: Objective based testing
Total: 2 questions having 20 marks each
Pass mark: 20 out of 40 (50% pass mark)

MoR® Foundation course has no prerequisites. However, it will be an added advantage if the delegate has some prior experience of working in an Operational environment or Project environment.
